I am very delighted to share with you this outstanding document which I could only acquire by support of a great fellow collector. Theo, you are the best! Again you made it possible! I wish I could do something for you soon too. Another great example of collector`s collaboration. You really contribute to our collector`s community in the very best way! Unfortunately there are others not understanding the value of a solid collector`s community – greedy, reckless and selfish.
The displayed passport is issued by Count Friedrich von Zeppelin (1807-1889), Minister of State, Supreme Chamberlain, Extraordinary Envoy of King Wilhelm I. of Württemberg at the Royal Austrian Court in Vienna and father of Ferdinand Count of Zeppelin – the inventor of the Zeppelin airships.

Friedrich von Zeppelin on a painting from 1838
The passport has several visas on reverse and is printed / written on heavy paper. The condition is just great and is originally signed by Count Friedrich von Zeppelin. A masterpiece! Ironically I know a collector who has a passport of Ferdinand von Zeppelin in his collection. Wouldn’t be these two documents in one collection the perfect match?

I hope you enjoy the picture gallery as I do…

Great piece, very impressive! Congratulations!!
