Passport photos have been in circulation for just over a century. Prior to that, passports predominantly relied on detailed written
descriptions of the bearer. Subsequently, we will examine a passport page featuring no fewer than sixteen characteristics to depict the passport holder. The 50 passports displayed are carefully selected out from my collection and from archives.
