New Zealand 1916
A rare New Zealand 1916 fold-out passport in excellent condition. Look at the crisp COA on the cover – unmatched! Issued on 15 Sep 1916 in Wellington to William Francis Grace, a mining engineer born 1863 in Brighton, England. The passport shows no travel and was valid for America and Great Britain. This explains the fantastic condition. I have never seen such an early New Zealand passport, especially not in this condition. Included are two “Introduction letters” and envelope of Turnbull & Jones, LTD. The passport bearer, Frank Grace was the manager of the Wahihi Grand Junitation Gold Mine in Auckland. The letter talks about steam turbine construction and high lift pumps. Both letters are dated 1912. 800 EUR
