Very Rare VATICAN CITY Laissez-Passer for Lieutenant Carlo Naselli Rocca, member of the Noble Guards (Comando Della Guardia Nobile del Corpo di Sua Maesta) Confirmed by the Allied Military Gouvernement in Rome in 1944.
In 1944 Carlo Naselli Rocca was nominated as commandant of the “Corpo Militare of ACISMOM – (Associazione di Cavalieri Italiani SMOM)” – Military Corps of the Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of Saint John of Jerusalem of Rhodes and Malta.
Honored as Knight of SMOM in 1978. He was the brother of Cardinal Mario Nasalli Rocca and nephew of Cardinal Giovanni Battista Nasalli Rocca.
Giovanni Battista Nasalli Rocca di Corneliano (27 August 1872 – 13 March 1952) was a Catholic Cardinal from Italy. From 1921 until his death, he was the archbishop of Bologna and was promoted to the cardinalate in 1923.
Mario Nasalli Rocca di Corneliano (August 12, 1903 – November 9, 1988) was an Italian Catholic cardinal. From 1967 until his death, he was the Prefect of the Apostolic Palace and was raised to the cardinalate in 1969.
